Welcome to Ice Stamps. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By accessing this website and placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions in full.
2. Products and Services
Ice Stamps provides custom-made ice stamps for personal and commercial use. All products are made to order based on the design specifications you provide. We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted material without proper authorisation.
3. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full before production begins. We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment provider, Stripe.
4. Design Approval
Before production begins, we will send you a digital proof of your ice stamp design within 24 hours. Production will not commence until you have approved this proof. Once approved, changes cannot be made to the design.
5. Intellectual Property
You confirm that any logos, designs, or artwork you submit for your ice stamp are either owned by you or you have the necessary permissions to use them. Ice Stamps is not responsible for any intellectual property infringement resulting from designs submitted by customers.
6. Limitation of Liability
Ice Stamps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
