Production Time

All ice stamps are made to order. Once you approve your design proof, production typically takes 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Proof Approval

We will send you a digital proof of your ice stamp design within 24 hours of placing your order (usually within 2 working hours). Delivery times begin once you have approved this proof. Please check your spam folder if you don't receive your proof.

International Orders

We ship worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
