Refunds & Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your custom ice stamp.

Made to Order Products

As all ice stamps are custom-made to your specifications, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please ensure you are happy with your design proof before approving it for production.

When We Offer Refunds

The product arrives damaged or defective

The design does not match your approved proof

The product is lost in transit

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order:

  1. Email us at returns@icestamps.co.uk with your order number
  2. Include clear photos of any damage or defects
  3. Describe the issue in detail
  4. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps

Damaged or Defective Products

If your ice stamp arrives damaged or has manufacturing defects, we will either replace it free of charge or issue a full refund, at your preference. Please report any damage within 14 days of delivery.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before you approve your design proof. Once the proof is approved and production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
